The quality of healthcare services is determined by both the standards of clinical care as well as the non-clinical systems and infrastructure that allow the clinical staff to perform their jobs well. Haralago provides these non-clinical support services to healthcare facilities. With doctors and nurses not having to worry about things like maintenance, cleaning, laundry, inventory, equipment etc. they can focus on their primary task which is caring for patients. The Company’s mission is to take care of the needs of the clinical staff so that the clinical staff can take care of the patient.


Background care for health care is a very apt summary of the brand. Haralago provides the foundational care that we don't necessarily see or take notice of yet we vividly see its results. These services are not direct healthcare but they are essential for healthcare to happen. So, basically not only are they in the background, that is; we don't really notice them, they are also the background a.k.a the starting point for good healthcare.


From lighter tints to show the actual background nature of processes and services, to playing with the hyphen symbol (-), the goal of the identity is to reveal these background services/processes and celebrate their effects.
The identity is a confident exploration of what leads to what, making it obvious that Haralago starts and leads to good healthcare without taking the spotlight away from good health care.
